What we process

For accounts: your email address, a hashed password, the content you add to your page and your plan. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see card details. For visitors of a page we count views and clicks and store the country, device type and referring site as aggregated daily totals, without cookies and without storing IP addresses. We only set a login cookie for signed in users. We do not sell personal data.

Legal basis

Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR to provide the service you signed up for, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR for tax and accounting records, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for security and anonymous usage statistics.

Processors

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, database, file storage), Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (payments), Resend (transactional email). Some of them process data in the USA on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

Until you delete your account, which you can do at any time in your settings. Invoices are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and object to processing (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR) by writing to hello@mochii.bio. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Rheinland-Pfalz.
